Welcome! Please note that I am on maternity leave January 2026-January 2027, and will not be seeing clients during this time. I will reach out to former clients a month before my return, in December 2026.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My approach is holistic, so all parts of you are included in our work.

I have 20 years experience working in non-profit, post-secondary, and in private practice. My clients and colleagues describe me as warm, compassionate, humorous, grounding, accepting, and direct.

My offerings includes individual counselling, clinical supervision and consult for fellow counsellors, and group therapy.

I have specialised ongoing training in working with trauma on the individual, group and institutional levels.

In order to maintain high professional and ethical standards of care, I receive ongoing clinical supervision from Bridgid McGowan and Lydia Rosental, and co-convene a peer professional consult group based in the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy model.

I live within a community that includes queer, multicultural, multi-ethnic and sex worker-allied people. I'm interested in treading lightly on the Earth and learning from others.

Outside of my work, you can find me with family and friends, kayaking, gardening and patronising the arts. I can provide pictures of my cat, Roo, upon request 😺
